About Truckin’ For Kids, Inc.:




Truckin’ for Kids has been around for 33 years.  Originally it started with The World’s Greatest Working Truck Show in Anaheim and Pomona, CA and proceeded to go on it’s own with its own name and identity, in the early 1990’s. 


The chief beneficiary for many years was The Crippled Children’s Society of Southern California.  The proceeds went to campership programs for children and adults at the two camps, one at Crestline and the other at Malibu, CA.


In the late 1990’s, we left CCS, and decided as a group to give the proceeds to needy organizations in the areas the show was held in.  We’ve given to The Society For Disabled Children’s, Camp Blue Jay, in the Tehachapi area, and The Children’s Center in Lancaster, California.  Also, to scholarships, Boys and Girls clubs, kids ball teams and school projects for Special needs children, and to as many requests as we can fulfill.


Truckin’ For Kids looks for organizations that have needs for children and will grant our request that all money will go to those specific needs and not to administrative costs.


Most all the members of Truckin’ For Kids have been together for around 25 years as a team and are dedicated volunteers who really take pride in what they do, and do it very well.


The primary beneficiary is the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation International, Colton Chapter.


This is truly the one event to see.
